BRIDGE

1.1 To create an account, you must: (a) be currently enrolled at an eligible university as a verified student-athlete; (b) register using your official university-issued email address; and (c) appear on your university's official athletic roster for the current academic year.

1.2 Bridge reserves the right to verify your student-athlete status and deny, restrict, or revoke access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1.3 You may maintain only one account.

1.4 You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality and all activity under your account.

2.1 Bridge may collect your name, university email, sport, graduation year, career interests, resume, and profile information you voluntarily provide.

2.2 Bridge seeks to handle user data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and does not sell personal data to third parties.

2.3 Profile information may be visible to verified employers for recruiting purposes.

2.4 Additional details are provided in the Bridge Privacy Policy.

3.1 You retain ownership of content submitted to Bridge.

3.2 You grant Bridge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and process submitted content solely for operating and improving the platform.

3.3 Account deletion requests may be submitted to contact@bridgefuture.co.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and current.

4.1 Bridge may only be used for lawful career development and networking purposes.

4.2 You may not misrepresent identity, upload false information, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unrelated commercial purposes.

4.3 Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5.1 Bridge may display employer opportunities and external links.

5.2 Bridge does not endorse or verify employer postings or communications.

5.3 Bridge is not responsible for employer conduct, hiring decisions, compensation, or third-party representations.

5.4 External sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7.1 Bridge is a career development platform and is not designed to facilitate NIL transactions.

7.2 Users remain solely responsible for NCAA and institutional compliance.

10.1 Bridge does not guarantee employment, internships, interviews, or career outcomes.

10.2 Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties.

10.3 Bridge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10.4 Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

10.5 Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user to Bridge, if any, during the preceding twelve months.

12.1 These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.

12.2 Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bridge, you may not:

13.1 copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Bridge platform, its content, materials, features, functionality, or nonpublic information;

13.2 scrape, crawl, extract, collect, or systematically copy information or data from the platform by automated or manual means;

13.3 reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect, analyze, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying structure, design, methods, processes, source code, or operation of the platform, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;

13.4 create or assist in creating derivative products or services based on nonpublic Bridge content, features, functionality, workflows, or materials;

13.5 access or use Bridge for competitive research, benchmarking, product development, or any other purpose intended to develop, improve, support, or benefit a product or service that competes directly or indirectly with Bridge;

13.6 access or use Bridge if you are acting on behalf of, employed by, advising, or otherwise materially assisting a direct or indirect competitor for any competitive purpose; or

13.7 bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, account restrictions, or other limitations designed to protect Bridge or its users.

13.8 Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes these restrictions have been violated.
