Our Story

The life of a student-athlete is built around discipline, structure, and sacrifice. Every day requires balancing classes, practices, competition, recovery, travel, and team commitments. While that experience builds some of the most valuable traits in the workforce, it often leaves athletes with limited time to focus on what comes next.

For many student-athletes, career development becomes something they are expected to figure out on their own. While their peers attend career fairs, build networks, explore industries, and pursue internships, athletes are often operating on a completely different schedule. The result is not a lack of ambition or ability. It is a lack of access, time, and tailored support.

I experienced that gap firsthand as a Division I athlete. I gave everything to my sport, but as graduation approached, I realized how difficult it was to translate that experience into a clear professional path. I had developed leadership, resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure, but I did not have a platform built around the realities of the student-athlete experience.

That is why I created Bridge.

Bridge was built to help student-athletes prepare for life beyond the game with the structure, guidance, and connections they need. The platform connects athletes with career education, professional tools, alumni, and employers who recognize the value of the athlete mindset.

Bridge exists to close the gap between athletic experience and professional opportunity, helping student-athletes turn what they have built through sport into meaningful careers beyond it.
